These terms are used most by fitness lovers. First of What's the bulk? Usually, fitness guys try to gain weight in winter. Bulk is continued by fitness guys for 4-6 month. This is bulk. Many fitness lovers apply this gain weight method. In clean bulk terms, fitness guys calculate macro and micro nutritions and calories, they do not eat sugar or junk food. Fitness guys don't gain fat due to clean bulk. In dirty bulk, situations are different to clean bulk because you can eat what you want in dirty bulk (junk food, sugar etc.).The purpose is gain weight rapidly in dirty bulk. You don't calculate calories,macros- micros… You gain fat in dirty bulk to clean bulk. The end of the bulk, fitness guys try to lose their fat and gain muscles. Many fitness lovers say this term is cut. They continue this term for 6-8 month and finally, they achieve dream physique.
